I've got the Clear chrome ones on my silver camaro. If you're interested, I'm looking to sell mine. I need the money for bills. Let me know and we'll see if we can make a deal. Thanks.

Steve

Opinions? All the cars guys in town, even the cool import owners, laugh at Altezza's. And by laugh, I mean laugh hard.

I don't think they are ugly, but I don't think they go well with the car.

They seem kinda cheap to me, when I see them I think "pepboys" but then again I feel the same way about rear blackouts and front headlight covers.

I think cheap easy to do exterior mods look just that. They look like cheap easy to do exterior mods

So when I see some dude rolling down the street with Altezza's I think to myself "pep boys" or "walmart boltons"

If you like it then do it, but I personally would save the money for exterior fasion mods that will also benefit performance. Like brake discs, nice new tires. Nice exhaust (if you like wow factor, check out the loudmouth with the quad center aligned tips) and powdercoated subframe connectors ( the BMR ones with low clearance look badass on a car )

Those altezza's stick out to easy

*edit* even the honda guys seem to trash Altezza's. Check out clubsi.com, you think they are harsh here then you ain't seen nothing yet.

Altezza's on an f-body look like poop.
It is far too "import" style.
The same could be said for my spoiler, but I would disagree. The import crown did not invent spoilers. They did, however, invent the "altezza" look.

They look tacky, out of place, cheap and retarded.

Thank you,
Drive thru...

Crk, that ride looks great. Mine just went in the body shop about 30 minutes ago, W type body kit getting molded on. You already have the same color pattern I'm going for but I'm getting the Z06 rims and high rise spoiler. Hopefully mine will still come out looking half as good as yours. Nice ride!!

ps-$180 isn't a cheap exterior mod. A $5 vinyl sticker saying "Camaro" or whatever is a cheap exterior mod.

Thumbs up

I agree that the look good on the IS300, but Euro Tails rarely look good on anything else.

As far as alltezza's go, I want to start with saying I am not real impressed with the way they look on most cars. With that said, I will admit that I bought a set for my 94. (carbon fiber--"Cats-Eye" was the name on them, they seemed like good quality) I checked out the look and then put them on E-Bay for a fair price. Now, a lot of people seem to like the stock look, and a lot of people want to turn their F-body into a Honda. Most of that is just personal preference, and based a lot on what they have been around. I myself tend towards a nice, slightly modified (body wise) look just to be a LITTLE different from the rest of the pack. (That's one thing I like about my 94 Camaro, I don't seem to see a whole lot of them around here. I can go a month and only see 4 or 5 others.---Seems like a LOT of Firebirds around though). Anyway, back to the point. I say if you want to turn your car into a Japanese wanna-be, fine, go for it! If you want your car to be a bone-stock, run-of-the-mill, no personality, factory model, cool. Either way it will just make mine look all that much better sitting next to it. (In my opinion, which is the ONLY one that counts as far as MY car goes!!). But seriously, look at it this way. Do you want to be the only Ricer car at the KKK rally?? OR, the only stocker in the "hood"?? Let people run what they want without slamming them. (Even if they DID ask for your opinion) Otherwise, we might just as well bring back the Chevy Chevette, and all drive a white one!!!
