Alternatives for front liscence plate mounting????

I made my own bracket while I lived in Germany. I just bent some sheet metal to contour the bumper, then drilled 2 holes for the license plate bolts.. but I then drilled in 3 self tapping screws to the bottom of the air dam.. no one can see then now that I have the plate off... just a suggestion

i have mine on the airdam, i dont like it there though, its always hitting the ground...authorities dont like it either.
still better than having it on a bracket though

Mine is flipped up so it dosen't hit the ground at all and it still looks stock so no hassel from the cops.
