My car was in an accident before i baught it in which the airbag deployed I think. The passenger side airbag cover doesn't sit flush with the rest of the das as seen:

Is there anything I can do to get it to be flush?

 

mines same way.. even had a whole new dash put in and they were professionally installed...not sure if u can fix
