Air box

I just bought a 98 T/A for parts and to do a front clip swap onto my 97. Just curious if this air box on the ls1 is a factory ram air box? Looks different then my 97, doesn't seem so much of a "ram air". Thanks for the help!

The ram air boxes on the Firebird/TA ls1's were just slightly taller versions of the stock air boxes...hard to tell from the picture if the box is slightly taller, but they do NOT have the filter element exposed like on the lt1 ram air boxes...

Wouldn't the Ram Air lid at least have the factory decal on it:
