I have bags on my car. The back is relatively easy, requring only the bags and a metal bracket to be welded on the straight axle. The front is much more complicated, with a plate being welded on the k-member and on the bottom of the a-arm to hold the bag in place. Shocks will have to be fabricated, and you will lose your front sway bar. It is a cool set-up, but not for the road racer, or even the everyday driver in my opinion.

They released a setup for 4th Gen F-bodies a few months back. You could get in touch with them and they'll hook you up with the proper equipment. The price tag will run between 1500-2000 bucks for the bags, shocks, compressor etc etc. Pretty much everything needed to install.
