My headlight eyelid on my drivers side is rubbing on my hood on a 99 TA, besides a lot of time adjusting it back and forth untill it dosen't rub, does anyone have and tips or tricks on how to allign it.

Didn't know if the dealerships had some method of doing it or now. thanks to all who can help

 

So I have been trying to adjust my headlight eyelid:


And I keep on adjusting it too much or too little, either not close enough or it is rubbing the hood. There are 3 adjustment screws I have been working with. Can someone tell me what (1 2 3) (red dots in the pic) do. Like does one for adjusting the top right, etc. Any help would be a great help
