About Changing dash lights?

I just tried to change all my instrument cluster lights this weekend to LED's. Almost all of the old factory style bulbs broke at the base when trying to remove them. I got them out and now hardly any of the sockets work anymore. I ordered 10 new ones though, they should be here today. Pleasures of working on a 21 year old car.

Do the LEDs dim, or is it a constant brightness?

They don't dim. Constantly bright. I'll post a pic when it gets dark.

That's too bad. I have LEDs in the house that dim, I wonder how would could do the same for the cluster. Do you have any pics from while you were working on the cluster?

Blinkers.
Full cluster.

Thanks! I am going to try to hunt down dimable LEDs, but this is awesome!
