I think I am going to save myself the trouble and just buy another Z28 or TA with a factory 6 speed. As soon as I get a good paying job I will be on the search. Cant have too many fbodys

A4, ..., Punch it & steer, ..., no fighting for gears, ...

OK back TTT. Captain if you could chime in I would appreciate it. I attempted to remove my old shifter and put on the T handle. I removed the U pin and my shifter isn't cooperating. It won't budge at all. I couldn't pull it off to save my life. What am I doing wrong?

I thought it was supposed to pull right off?

Did you take the U pin all the way out? Its got to be completley removed for it to come off. After that it just pulls right off. Mine wasnt hard to pull off at all. Put your ebrake on and put the car in drive, that way you can pull it straight up.

Yeah I took the pin all the way out. I had it in gear and tried to pull it off and nothing. It won't budge.

My car hates me.

try wiggling it back and forth. Hell, stand over top of it and pull like a ****, it WILL come off.
