99 Bright Blue V6 Camaro on ebay with white leather interior
Guys, this is a very rare car. 24 total coupes (11 of which were Z28s) and 13 total convertibles (6 of which were Z28s) came with bright blue paint AND white leather, so this is an incredibly rare car. Yes, that means a total of 37 cars with this exterior/interior combo. And yes, it is the rarest 4th gen color independent of body style, so the cars like this really take the cake.
That said. This seller is deceiving people. I have a friend who checked this car out and test drove it and he said it has a lot of problems the seller is kind of brushing under the rug. Missing plastic interior pieces, a bit of rust on the rear quarters, IROC wheels, and a dent on the hood are the least of its problems. Perhaps the most deceiving thing my friend told me is that the seats are destroyed. They certainly look good from this angle, so I believe the seller is trying to deceive people and waste their time. This is the type of car that a person might travel 1000 miles to pick up, and I don't want somebody to waste their time.
That said, I am posting this topic to advertise the car so it can find a good home and remain in an enthusiast's hands. A rare car like this deserves to be fixed. But buyer beware!

Unfortunately it was trashed. Talked to the guy on the phone and was hoping to buy for a summer driver or something i could flip but not the case. Bright blue metallic 5 speed with white leather, ttops and monsoon stereo. Wheels were not right, but the guy told me the IROCs it had were perfect and they definitely weren't. Drove 2 hours to see it
it looks good in the pictures but the hood was dented up, rear end howling, trans mount completely torn, SES light, rust, seats destroyed, etc etc. It was depressing, I would have LOVED this option combo if it were in nicer shape.
The trans was actually one of the best things about the car. Clutch was smooth and it shifted great. but the trans mount was completely torn so the second i hit the gas it was slamming up into the tunnel. The whining was coming from the rear end, so i have no idea what was going on with that. I wasnt about to throw money down on a car making that sound though...
The pictures make the paint look better than it was - it had bubbling and shrinking. Even a wetsand and wheeling wouldnt have been enough to bring it back... it needed a paintjob and a new hood. It needed wheels and tires, needed a trans mount. Needed a new axle. Numerous pieces of plastic were missing or broken. I think the cat was gutted or non-functional. Carpet filthy and not even vacuumed, both front seats were destroyed, not just dirty. And worst of all there was some kind of lockable gas cap that had been busted off in the filler neck and i had no idea how to get it out with only a mouthful of gas left in the tank. gauge was in the red, guy claimed that was a "quarter tank"

Just to make this topic interesting, I looked through my archives AKA folders and folders of pics, and found some pics of some of the other 37 Camaros with white interiors.
Here's a Z28 coupe with white. The Z28 coupes don't look that great with the white because of the black roof. This car had 92k miles. Wish I had better pics, but the dealership wouldn't send me any.
