Bringing back a year old thread...it says you neeed a hoodlatch assembly, well when I bought mine off of a 98+ it was the exact same assembly..did I get the wrong one?-Mark

 

I sent the original poster a PM asking if he has an update, photos, etc. Hopefully he can add it to the thread, and we can "sticky" it at the top of the forum, so we have one for both the Firebird and the Camaro.

 

I guess Ill have to wait and ill do one since I have just about everything.

 

It is the same, I did the swap and used my old one.

Hey I know this is an old topic, but has anyone gotten the headlights to work like they would in the 98 trans am? Mine don't light up both the high and the low beams at the same time. One person told me to get a new headlight control module but it just did the same thing...
