On my wings west I used weather resistant double sided tape for the 2 middle supports. Otherwise when you go to lift your hatch it will move. DO NOT drill holes in your trunk just to support those middle piece that would be stupid. Just get some good double sided tape is all you need.

ok thanks ill buy some tape, i just dont like it when i open my hatch and theres no support from the middle supports, on a side note how much did you have to sand on the sides to make the spoiler sit flush with the rest of the car, its sitting up maybe a 1/4 inch on each side and it looks like crap

Its funny, I ordered an SS spoiler from spoilerdepot yesterday, seems this was the only Camaro site that even mentioned it. I read all the warrantly info on their site beforehand and made sure to pay for it on my American Express just in case.

Anyways I was wondering how the wiring was going, this thread seems to have died a couple of days ago. Did you fit the spoiler beforehand, from the pics its 'supposed' to be an exact fit - just curious.

Anyway I also opted for the factory color match (medium red), I'll provide feedback when it arrives as well as digital photos (install).

Thanks
Andy

It's about as close as you can get without being perfect. But no two cars are the same so it's never gonna fit perfectly on every car.
