97 up camaro dash conversion???

I saw an ad on e-bay for a 99 Z28 complete dash. Just wondered if anyone had an idea as to how much of a pain this would be to do to a 93-96 car.

according to the ebay thing it has everything you need...should be preety easy just bolting stuff up and hooking up wires

For the dash, wiring and the top panel which is not included you're look at $600
