If you're going through the whole trouble of installing the foglights, I suggest you go ahead and buy a set of Piaa's or other aftermarket foglight. The stock foglights suck bigtime, they are only 27watt bulbs. Not much useful light coming from them.

I would suggest NOT using PIAA's. If you ask some of the HIGH END automotivists (<---Probably not a word, but...) that are heavy into lighting mod's, they will tell you that PIAA isn't all it's cracked up to be, especially for the price. What I would do, if it were me, is put a set of these Pilot driving lights in there. They are the exact size of the stock T/A fog lights, and MUCH MUCH brighter. They are very tough - I have them on my four wheeler - if they can handle that (getting hit by rocks, doused in water constantly) I would bet good money that they will be alright on a car. They have a very thick GLASS lens, not plastic like the stock, and they use a 55w Hyperwhite H3 bulb. You could come up with a way to mount them yourself, believe me, I have installed lights on many different applications and they turn out looking just as good/better than stock. They only costed me about $35 at Wal-Mart. Wiring wouldn't be too diificult either. I will be more than glad to help you more on it, should you decide to go that route. If I can ever get my buddy with a T/A to buy them, then I will make a guide for it, but until then...

These are much better than stock, just as good quality as any HIGH dollar brand, (Metal Housings) and inexpensive.

P.S. Believe me when I say, these will be bright enough to drive by in many cases (city driving). The Pilot's I put in my Camaro (guide in sig) are that way, and these are even better. Like I said, I can ride through completely dark trails on an atv at 50+ mph without worry, so expect good quality lighting from them. The only downside there may be for you is the blue tinted lens.

I got the pilot cyberwhite fog lights already from wal-mart.

ALL I NEED are the brackets or how to mount them on the bumper... get the old brackets and modify it a little then put the fog lights on will be the best way to do...
