RS Camaro

i know for a 97 camaro, the low beam is a 9006 bulb. but i didn't get a chance to look at the hi beam. does anyone know what bulb that is? my guess is a 9005?

Where are you getting your bulbs from? Most places have bulb finders at the store for what vehicle make, model, and year, like anywhere from Autozone to Walmart.

well i work at a pepboys and my manager and i one night when it was really slow took apart a low beam for camaro's 93-97 because that's all we carry for them with the sealed bulbs, we don't carry the high beam. and we matched the bulb out of the low beam with a 9006. put it in the socket on my car and everything. so that works. just break the seal carefully and put in a new 9006 light bulb and then seal it back up. and no one answered my ? about the high beam so yesterday i took my high beam out and used a 9005 bulb on my car and that works, so if your looking for just a new bulb and not the caseing just break the seals and put them in it's place. i just ordered HID's so i will be breaking my seals on the low beam and putting the HID's in them. i will post pics of the results. and then when i save up money i am going to do the same for the high beams. that's why i asked my ? in the first place.
