Help with HID kits..

So has anyone ever put an HID conversion kit on a 93-97 camaro? I see posts about wanting to but really haven't seen any saying they have done it.. I am really wanting to do the swap but wonder how hard it is. Since the lights are bulbs and lights in one.. Any ideas? Or a good place that sells a quality kit?

I know some guys have done the Hella 90mm conversions with HID's and done them for pretty cheep, although I'm sure it still cost them a bit.

I know someone else cut out his stock bulbs, and then pretty much hot wired HID bulbs into them sealing them in the stock housings with RTV sealant (I believe he had some issues with them as well), but he was able to pull it off for pretty cheep.

In most cases to go HID will not be cheep.

Well the issue is that the LT1 Camaro headlights are sealed beams

So you'll have to do the 9006 Conversion first then get a HID Kit for a 9006 bulb

XenonExpert.com seems to be well liked on the Legacy GT Board I frequent Also seems to have reasonable prices
