95 Z28 Windshield Wipers Not Sinking Down When Shut Off
So my camaro wipers are acting up. All the speeds work. The only issue that is reoccurring is that when I shut them off they just stop at the bottom, but don't sink down behind the hood how they are suppose to. Any thoughts as to why this would be happening?
