Re: 95 lt1 dashpad

which part are you talking about? the hard plastic piece that goes to the right up to the windshield or the soft piece that is forward part of the dash that is soft?

Re: 95 lt1 dashpad

-Remove the a-pillars
-Lift pad off the dash

Should be obvious looking at the bottom of the new one... The dash pad is held down at the rear(near the windshield) by 4 or so velcro type fasteners and also one fastener at the point just in front of the defrost vent... Just lift up on it like it's velcroed down.

Re: 95 lt1 dashpad

As 94z28wp said, infront by the windshield there are velcro type connections, towards the interior of the car I do believe there are three(or so) pressure type clips that go down into the dash frame. Just look at the new one for these clips or posts and then go to the one in the car and pry up where these are and then it shouls slide out pretty easy. if you have an alrm light on the dash, you will have to disconnect the wire.

pretty easy, but take your time so you don't scratch or damage the new one or other parts as you remove and install.
