I was wondering if theres a way to change the interior(such as the center console and dash to be specific) from a 94 to a 98+ version. thanks and how would you go about doing it?

I have read on this site about guys doing it and some have said that it's not as bad as it sounds.

You would need a donor car........buying all that from the dealer would be ridiculously expensive.

Just start taking apart the dash and unhooking everything I would say, just make sure everything gets tagged or goes into small plastic baggies so pieces don't get confused.

Would definitely take a whole weekend+ to get the work done I'd say.

I'm pretty sure I saw a LT1 Style Camaro with a LS1 Style Firebird Dash. I'm pretty sure it was over at Hawks Third Gen, so it is possible.

To install the dash its very simple. If you do a search you'll find a wealth of info on how to do it. Seats are just a bolt in deal as well. Here is my 95Z with a 97+ dash and console.
