93 Camaro nose emblem advice
93 Camaro nose emblem advice
Alright im going to get a new front bumper cover for my camaro cause the guy i bought it from scratched it n sorta cracked it a lil. Now i notice that theres a spot (indent) for the emblem and i was wondering a couple things.
After i get the new front bumper cover painted and i put it on the car what should i do about the emblem? Should i go and try and find an emblem and than put it on or should i just get the indent area painted (ive heard of people doing that).
I don't know what would look nice on a burgundy camaro. The original red white and blue emblem or maybe a new carbon fiber one (ive seen one in black). THe biggest problem is that i can't find the orignal red white n blue emblem so if n e one can give me a site where to order it or n e other colored emblems that would be great.
So id like your opinion, stick with the orignial red white and blue emblem or get a black one? If you dont kno what im talkin bout tell me n i'll post pictures.

You can find the original ones on eBay from time to time - and you could also get one from your Chevy dealer.
I say you get Brent to make you one though.
I think the Carbon Fiber/Silver would look great on your car.
Check out Brent's page here.
I have a charcoal/silver nosebadge overlay, and I love it. But it is an overlay - so that's why it rides higher. That is also one of his reflective red Bowtie overlays.

I say go with carbon fiber. You can get the red/white/blue one at a dealer but I think the c/f is cheaper. I have a brand new black c/f emblem from RKsport I didn't use, if you decide to go that way, let me know and I'll let it go cheap.

I've got a c/f one I re-used when I replaced my nose piece after an accident. I went ahead and ordered a new one, just didn't end up using it.

This is off RKsports website, where I bought it from.

It's brand new, never used. I ended up not needing it. I'll sell it $15 shipped.

My buddy had that emblem and it lasted about 6 months then cracked and faded and looked terrible. I actually have that same emblem on my 94Z as well. Been on there for about 5 months or so and still looks good but the car is garaged so that definitely helps
