my dash panel is cracked on my 94 z. Does anyone know the OEM part number for the top dash panel piece??? OR - the cheapest place to purchase one? THX!

Ebay is going to be the cheapest place to find one. The problem is just finding one for sale on there.
Which isn't too hard.

 

If it's the big dash pad they are kind of hard to find. They crack often so most of the ones at the wreckers are cracked. Also if you get one from a wrecker that's not cracked it will still be brittle due to years of exposure to the sun etc.

I had to buy one as mine cracked last year. I did find one on ebay and it seems to be working well so far. However it wasn't cheap with shipping as it's a huge piece. I think the total was $90 or something.

However the dealer price was $150 or something plus tax.

 

yeah i def. do not want to buy a used one. things like this have to be bought brand spankin new. kinda like sunvisors and floor mats lol

 

The part number is 10267171 and is about $86 + shipping on GMPartsdirect.com. You might try Dal, I'm sure he can do at least that much and he won't rape you on shipping. I'm looking at getting one of these soon too because mine's cracked right at the defrost outlet.

Curious, is this where everyone else's is cracking? Right at the defrost vents?
