is it hard to have a 5 or 4 point harness seat belt if you dont have sport seats? as long as you have the roll cage is that enough?

You need the harness bar that goes behind the seat at shoulder level. This is what your shoulder straps attach to. A sternum strap is recommended if there are NO holes in the seat. It keeps the shoulder straps from falling off your shoulders.
