3rdgen "Z28" carbon fiber emblems

I seen a camaro awhile ago and
it had the carbon fiber "Z28" emblem
made out of (what looked like)
carbon fiber - has anyone seen this?

Maybe he made it, made a mold out of an existing emblem. My orthadontist use to make emblems for his thunderbolt because people always stole them.
