Just think about it this way when you lower it its gonna settle after time a little lower than expected. If I were you I would go with a 1.5 drop or 1 inch drop

Pics in the sig of the Sportline kit from Eibach. I have heard of it lowering from 1.8-2 inches. It rides very nice, and all I installed with it was the Adj. panhard rod. Things are still riding nice now, just take steep in/decline at an angle and you wont rub.

Your car rode nice with the Sportlines and stock shocks? I hated it! Thats why i just spent a lot on the HAL's. Personally i'd never do sportlines with stock shocks again. If you were me, the pro-kit is good enough

All 3 are recommended, but not needed. (Relocation brackets, LCA's and PHR)

If i were you i'd get them, but thats me. I have them all on my car. Definetly would the money IMO.
