17x9" wheel. 5.5" back spacing, will it work on a 4th gen camaro?

I am looking at these wheels, and the info given is:

Rear Spacing: 5.5''
Bolt Circle: 5 x 4.75''

Will these fit correctly on a 93 Camaro Z28? How far will they stick out??

Thanks

No they won't work.

On the front they would stick out about 1/2"

On the back they would barely be even with the outside fender edge, and might even stick out a tiny bit on the back.

Sorry,
Shawn

and when you say 1/2 inch in the front.... do you mean 1/2" farther than where the stock wheel goes out to? or 1/2" farther than the outermost part of the fender?

But what size on these would work? Eagle lists in the 17"

17x8 polished, +27mm offset, 5.5" backspace

and

17x9.5, +19mm offset, 6" backspace

would either of those work?

I mean 1/2" farther than the outermost part of the fender. They would literally stick outside your fenderwell.

And the 17x9.5" ones would be exactly the same. Sorry, but neither one will fit.

Ok,

but according to centerline wheels, they make a 17x8" Rebel wheel specifically for 93+ camaro and firebirds. It has 5.5" of backspacing...

and here is the wheel on a 4th gen camaro

so it seems to me like the 8" wide wheel with 5.5" of backspace will work. But not the 9.5" eagles

Yeah, the 17x8 polished, +27mm offset, 5.5" backspace will fit just fine on all four corners of your car.
