i wouldnt bother with ground effects and the wheels look fine.

in response to your problem with scrapping when leaving your driveway I do too with My 95 Formula and my 89 GTA. My GTA did it, and I lowered it anyways and it wasnt a big deal.

I dig the hood... but it would really come alive with ground FX.

Definitely lower it. I have DMS springs and I love them.
