I have a 95 Z28 and want to put the rear Camaro inserts in. The car is white and i know most everyone puts blk inserts in but i'm wanting something different. Do you think that the hugger orange inserts would look good?? If i do this i was thinking about getting the Z28 emblem overlays also in hugger orange. How do you think this will look, and other color combo's that people think would look good, please let me know. Thanks a lot.

 

Almost any color will work white. I like a darker shade for contrast. The hugger orange may be to light. However there are the "white and orange" Z28's and they seem to be ok.

 

Agreed, mine used to be white, just about anything will go. I like red, with red emblems and stripes, but that has been overplayed.

How about a nice blue? If I had left my car white, I was going to put the lettering in the rear as close to Electron Blue as possible, with matching calipers, overlays, the bowtie in the front, and stripes, all in electron blue. I think that is a wicked combo. Just my .02

 

I would use white inserts and just paint my rear panel flat black.

 

Gunmetal inserts, overlays and stripes would look nice IMO.
