Question $10 fuel rail covers?

I saw a lot of posts on here and some webpages saying that I can get the Corvette fuel rail covers for about $10. The cheapest I've been able to find are $28 at gmpartsdirect, and they rape you on shipping. Did they almost triple in price? Where is the best place to buy them? Thanks.

$22 for a pair of those plastic fuel rail covers? I thought they were like $80. How do people manage to put "formula" on these covers? Bondo over the embedded "corvette"?

I hate to keep posting about these....I am not trying to advertise them, just trying to get rid of the last three sets. I made 25 sets of these for people on this board. Unfortuneately some people who originally said they wanted them didn't come through with the money. I have three more sets left.....

Here are the pics of how they come and what they look like installed. They can be polished or painted...

Here is a pic of them on my car after painting and some vinyl decals:

If anyone is interested in one of these last sets email me at krotta@tmdinc.com

I haven't put them on the car because I am still waiting, other parts that I need that I didn't order them when I order the covers.
I also painted the "corvette" letter with some red paint
Some people use bondo to cover the corvette letters and put some sticker over"camaro" "tras am"
here is a page that some guy give me to follow the intructions

What do you get for your covers? Any tubing or valves needed to buy with yours?

They are $65 shipped and come bare aluminum as you see them in the picture. They mount to any 94-97 LT1 Fbody with no modifications. They take just minutes to install and do not require any additional hardware. They mount using the existing (4) bolts that hold your fuel rails to your intake.

Like I said, I only have a few sets that were supposed to be sent to members on this board that decided at the last minute for various reasons that they did not want them, and I am just trying to offer these to other board members that may be looking for an alternative to the plastic corvette covers.

Email me if you are interested krotta@tmdinc.com
