What tools do I need to do basic porting?

I am porting out a set of SLP runners. Another member linked these pics on what to port using his job as an example. Now what do I need to do this? Is a Dremmel strong enough? Any advice would be appreciated since I have Zero experience doing this kind of work.

Here are the pics

a Dremmel can work, you could even use a drill (althought its deff not the best thing to use)
you will need carbide bits and some cartridge rolls. if you do a search you will probably find alot of info
this may get moved out of this section too, kinda iffy if it falls into advanced tech

I might suggest a basic porting kit. Summit sells one.

I remember this from a year or so back, it may help.

when porting heads, how "exact" do you have to do it? do you have to be really precise on how even it is?

my best advice is extensive research, find some pictures of how to, and if that doesnt give u any confidence in a few days or so dont touch them, givem to a pro because my buddy tried it and didnt listen to me on how he needed to becareful with the runners and actually slowed his car down because he screwed the flow of the heads up, best bet is just a gasket match for now and let a pro go further
