Thumbs down went over pot hole,,now no power windows or radio???

i have a 94 Z28,,,was driving normal,,,hit a pot hole..and all of a sudden,,BOTH power windows stopped working and the radio shut off......i have no idea what it could be,,,checked every fuse in the dash and under the hood,,,they are all good,,,there is no power going to the fuses that control the radio and the power windows,,(fuses in dash) so somewhere the problem lies in between the fuse box and the battery,,am i wrong? are there circuit breakers in our cars that can be reset manually?? anyones help on this would be greatly appriciated because i'm getting pretty damn frustrated with this car and the endless cycle of fixing one thing and the next day something else breaking, (replaced waterpump and thermostat yesterday and now this) HELP ME PLEASE
