Question Water injection

Wanted to get any advice I could on the subject of water injection on an L-T-1. Have been thinking about installing a turbo and intercooler. With that in mind was wondering if anyone has this set up and also tried adding water injection. My concern is with added fuel to the system, detonantion and possible loss of power due to this. I'm also under the impression that this would help even in non turbo cars utilizing a knock sensor. Anyone with knowledge of this subject please give me some insite. Thanks in advance.

Re: Water injection

I'll leave this here, but you would probably find more responses in the "Forced Induction" forum. "Search" for posts by "rskrause".... he's done a bit with water/alcohol injection.
