What exactly do the rules say ?
Is it no line lock or no proportioning valve, or what....

I guarantee we can do something about this that fits in the gray area

remove the brake fluid from the rear brake portion of the master cylinder, and use the parking brake on the top end in conjunction with the front brakes. should work fine....
Now that is scary as hell

you think thats scary??

heh, a few months back i managed to leak all of the brake fluid out of the front brake lines... all i had was rear brakes! not cool.
thats what made me think of this idea. at least using the parking brake on the top end will still be 4 wheel brakes.
