Turbo talon

I just bought a 95' turbo talon about a month ago. I got it with a broken timing belt. I went through the entire motor since I was half way there with the head off. The motor is back together and I get no spark or power to the fuel system. I have checked all relays, fuses and fusable links. The only thing left I can think of is the ECU is bad, but I opened it up and found nothing burnt. Does anyone know of a way to test an ecu to see if its working proparly?

P.S I have been on talon message boards, because of lack of help Im trying my luck here.

Odd.... we chase off people with F-Body problems, because they are generation specific... and now we get Talon questions. I just don't think it's fair to the F-Body people who follow the rules.

Sorry.
