Post TRANNY?

Hope this is an advanced question.I am running a art carr shift kit and hpp shift improver at the same time.Just got car back from trans shop for new converter and shift kit.I did'nt like the performance of the shift improver so I had them install a shift kit.The installer left the hpp installed and said it would be fine is this true? The trans shifts great now and gets a nice chirp on the 1-2 shift. Is this ok? or am I going to do damage?Should I leave the hpp, or take it out?Any advice would be great.

I'd prolly take it out as to not overstress the trans. Whiplash shifts during normal driving are not good for it. Take it off and it still should shift hard enough to bark them at WOT if thats what your really after.

I too like Kev would remove the HPP, JMO.

But i'll move this over to LT1 Tech (since thats where you post a lot) it is more suited there.

BTW- why not make a sig? It would help others help you a lot easier..
