torque specs

Do the torque specs change when using teflon tape or thread sealant on head bolts and water pump bolts?

Thanks!

I wouldnt think so. If anything, ARP say that the torque will be more accurate when torquing bolts using their moly assembly lube or ARP thread sealer, but for head bolts alotta people are actually using silicone sealer!

Don't use teflon tape! Use the recommended sealer or lube only.
