spun bearings performance loss?

when you spin bearings doesnt matter how many or which ones. Weather they be mains or rods...I know about the knock or low oil pressure and heat...but if the motor doesnt come apart what kind of performance loss does a motor suffer?
what does it affect in the motor and how well or how bad it will run?

If you normally run a little clearance between the cylinder and the head,
the performance may pick up with bearing problems. Some times the
fastest run will be just before you stick a rod through the oil pan.

Other times the bearing might get tight and cause enough friction to slow
you down. Then you could lose ring seal from a piston hitting the head
and end up with a dead hole.

Regardless if you run it long with bearing problems it will be ruined in a
short time. Pull the oil filter and cut it open, look for silver or bronze
shavings.

I think that you should calculate that the duration of time between the first bearing spinning in its housing (rod or main) under power and the instant that parts begin to come loose inside the pan is typically measured in operational seconds, not minutes. A car can do a perfectly normal burnout and still spit out a rod at half-track.

so with spun bearing there is really no performance loss till it somthing ends up breaking. THen yeah of course there will be loss in the motor not being able to run.

I already know I have some or actually all mine spun or atleast got home but I pull the motor before anything broke. Im just trying to figure out if the way the motor was running with the spun and cooked bearings is the way it will run once I fix it all...so there really should not be any difference in the way it ran.
