Exactly how the subject states, JE states they are slightly different probably, but not certain, can anyone chime in?

Area Speed-Pro Sealpower ZR1910035 and JE J820F8-4030-5 exact same ring? here are the links:

Both from Speed-Pro, however on summit's website you notice slight differences, and thats the coating mainly.

 

No The JE's are coated. I sent my JE's back and bought the Hell Fires.

 

So return the JE's and get the Speed Pro Seal Power ZR1910035's? Whats the reason you returned them, is the coating the type to come off and damage the bores? I talked to JE they said that the top ring is not coated and its built to their spec, so its a completely different setup then?
