Unhappy spark lines look like a heart monitor! Pics

OK guys, I'm running out of options here, please give me some suggestions.

OK, here is what i have done.
changed plugs
tried a known good plug wire on #1
swapped fuel injectors
passed a compression test
Note the erratic spark line on #6 and the high firing line on #1
The AF raitos are getting thrown off by an exhaust leak at the cat and the car had no cat on it when that was taken.
What else can I test?

Way too high tech for me. I'm sure you've thought of it but 1 and 6 are 180* apart on the distributor/firing order- directly opposite eachother. Does that mean anything? Could it be a clue? No idea. Thought I'd throw it out there for what it's worth. Might mean something, might not.

I thought about that, I was thinking that may mean that they share injector drivers or there could be a bent spot in the opti sensor disk in that spot or somthing, but i cant confirm that these are even possible. I did find that the slip joint in the #1 primary is leaking, I'll patch that up tomarrow and see if that changes anything.

Problem with #6 was a freaking plug wire arcing to the header, wasnt really burnt, just slightly discolored, i just re-routed it and its fine. But i double and tripple checked and did the swap with #1 if its not that slip joint leak I have no clue.

Has anyone been able to "enlarge" these pics, or is it just a problem with my browser.

Keeping in mind that I can't really see the details of the trace, if it takes more voltage before #1 fires, there may be excessive resistance in the wire, the plug gap may be too large, there may be corrosion on the terminals, or they are loose. Not sure how all this would be caused by leakage in the exhaust at the cats or in the slip tube, or by a bent optical plate in the Opti, or by the injector drivers. It's an ignition problem.

fred, I thought plugs too, they were the first thing I re-placed. then I tested #1 with the same wire used to fix 6, and it didnt change anything.the plug wires are only about 1k miles old. And I took apart and cleaned the opti 1k miles ago. No corrosion or loose connections on either end. Lean mixtures are much harder to ignite. Thats why if there wasnt enough fuel in that cylinder the firing line would be higher.I;m not sure how much higher though, since ive never seen that problem on a scope, thats why I ask you guys.
