Re: single plane???

Who is building it for you? This isn't something that you just buy all the pieces, bolt them together and install it on the car. There is significant fabrication work to get this done. The total cost is going to be between $1,600 and $2,000 not including installation. Is it for an LS1 or LT1?

Re: single plane???

You might want to budget for a fast or dfi setup right from the get go.

Re: single plane???

Intake depends on the heads
Elbow I like is the Wilson 90mm one
Fuel Rails depend on the intake
TB I like is the Wilson 90mm

I also have a Sulivan's Ford Mod Motor elbow in the shop with a 62mm BBK Throttle Body that seems like it might work well.

Another recent post to help ya out....

Re: single plane???

you need to talk to Bret aka SStrokerAce the guy who posted above me, lol. He has converted many Single plains, including one for me and Chris Sokara's car (2nd fastest Lt1 in the world)

Turbo6 is right, the total cost is around 1600-2000, Best thing to do is buy one from someone that already went throught the hassle of peiceing it all together, LOL.

Bret have you sent The intake setup to Turbo6 yet???

Re: single plane???

Sorry I missed the call, I've been running around getting these dam intakes done and didn't hear it. I guess no suprises then when I actually listen to my voice mails.

It's getting there.... I would like to have it out to you on Monday or at least be ready in the box for ya then.

Good question.... interesting that we have several answers, but no idea what kind of car/engine Foxls1 is asking about.

Re: single plane???

If hes talking about an ls1, just put a FAST on it, 90mm and be done with it. Way cheaper, and will make PLENTY.

Don't tell me Jared.... only thing a auto is good for is old men and drag cars. (sorry pops)

As I said tonight "ya gotta have a stick in the car, what else are you gonna play with when you are driving?"
