Seating Rings

For those of you whom break engines in on the dyno, what is your suggestions for seating rings?

I’ve had problems with rings not seating correctly in the past and am getting some blowby from a set I have now so I’m going to install new rings. I've heard all kinds of strange stories about the proper method, but those of you whom seat them on the dyno who see your almost immediate results, what do you guys recommend?

Believe most you run the engines under light load for 20 minutes while some others do a few heat cycles.

I also realize the hone is super important and that may have been the issue. What has been the most reliable rings in your opinion and how do you hone the cylinder for them?
