Well, at 7500 rpm, he's making 438 lbft of torque. His peak torque is probably in the neighborhood of 6200 and close to 500 I'm guessing. Maybe he will chime in again.

Awesome. Any chance we'll see a dyno chart? I'm interested in how "peaky" the package is to obtain such crazy N/A numbers. Do you get a decent range to shift in without "bogging" (relatively speaking of course... I doubt the "down" parts of the curve are still pretty nasty ).

I assume the curve is way better (flatter) than a similar hp turbo set up. Just wondering if you've looked at the comparison between this and a moderate blower or turbo LT1 of the similar hp numbers... think it's more "driveable" (in a road racing sense of course, I doubt this is a daily driver ).

That is sweet! That is some SERIOUS **** right there.....just exactly HOW do you plan on keeping that much power planted on a road course? I spun out in a stock Chevy Cobalt(well I almost did he he). WIth that much power you should be able to scare a damn Rolex sports car down the straight away. LOL

If I'm not mistaken he has some 17x13 inch wheels on the car, though they might be 17x11. Either way, it's a lot of rubber.

Here's the drag setup...

Van: Billet mechanical belt driven Mezerie wp

Steve: See chart. It's based on mph not rpm but we started the pull at 3000 and went to 7000 so that should give you an idea. No torque numbers on this sheet but I can tell you the curve is real flat from 3500 to 6500. BTW the dip in the N/A run is do to the DFI pulling 12* of timing. It was supposed to be a nitrous run but the FJO did not engage due to a wiring issue.

FastFatboy and Jerminator96: Jerm is correct, 17x12's with 335 Khumo road race rubber rear, 17x10 with 315 Khumos front. You still have to be real "gentle" with the throttle. It weighs about what a Nextel Cup car does with about 50-75 less hp. It does have the ability to fit way bigger rubber though so road course should be fun.

I remember when you posted up the engine dyno numbers a while back and was lookign forward to hearing how this project was coming along. I didn't know you were throwing juice at it, too! Love the choice of heads- don't recall seeing many of them out there, that's for sure.
