Lightbulb Rev Kits. Need some opinions.

I already tried in the LT1 Tech & someone said to post here:

When I install my GTP Stage 2 heads I am probably going to run a AFR Rev kit if $$ is there. I was wondering if I should make an effort financially to get the kit or if I will get by with out. I know I can keep it from reving higher but I kinda do want to play with the shift points & rev limiter so I may get it spinning up there..

Opinions appreciated...

Here are a couple threads that came up recently on this subject. Lots of great discussion on valvetrain and rev-kits. Good luck.

Thumbs up

Thanks a bunch Mindgame. I did a search but it seems it always comes up with nothing for any topic I try to search for.
Thanks again. I will go with a AFR Rev Kit.

You might run into piston speed and G's before you get too high on RPM's. With cast pistons that can be undisireable.
