Rear mount distributor LT1

Just wondering if anyone has done this. Which distributor did you use? How well does it clear the cowl? As for cutting the rear of the intake, if anyone has a jig and wants to make some $$ a buddy would be willing to send his out.. Any feed back about the topic would be great!

Have you done a "search"? I know that links to a distributor install on an LT1 EFI manifold have been posted repeatedly over the past year, both here on Advanced Tech, and on LT1 Tech. The subject of fitting a distributor under the cowl seems to get covered at least once a month.

LOL...that is my site. I dont have enough space on my website to have both sets of pics up on the web with all my other pics. So you are going to have to settle with the dial up pics

I know there is a company that does this already, it's not to hard of something to do. I could help you out with this if you want, it's not that hard of a task to do with a good machine shop and welder.
