Post Questions about the 383 NEED HELP

My friend needs some help, he has a 1996 Camaro SS and asked me this:

1.If you stroke a 350 but don't bore, how many cubic inches would it be and how much less hp/torque would it lack vs. the full bore of a 383?

2.Can doing a 383 be done without pulling the motor or is there any signifigant $ savings?

3.After stroked, does the redline change or shift points be lowered in the rpm range due to the higher piston speeds at any given rpm vs. stock stroke?

Thanks for the help.

Dunn, These questions are more along the lines of the LT1 Tech forum than Adv Tech. I will move this thread over there for you.
Thanks.
