I don't believe so. I saw no such equipment in the shop. I've been told by a few other experienced people that it could be spark blowout. I think fuel is fine since the wideband was reporting A/F levels were fine during the entire run.
Their printer was broken so my tuner scanned the graph and used his own software to generate this graph.

What's up, Pete! I'm going to be buying a new coil soon and see what happens. I'll call you and give you the nitty gritty.

Re: At my wits end...

Bit of an update...
Rockers were bottoming out on the retainers. I pulled the drivers head off in thinking valve guides could be bad yet again. Took it to a machine shop and found out they were all w/in tolerance. I even took a spring off, put the retainer and locks on, placed the rocker on the stud and tried to move the valve to see if the retainer would make contact with the rocker to no avail. The next step was to test the springs again. All tested fine. However since the springs were off my machinist decided to check all the install heights on the head. Lo and behold there was at least .060 difference between all heights. Install height for the springs I have should be 1.80 to achieve a 145lb seat pressure and ~380 open pressure. If memory serves the shortest height was 1.83 (I know I tested one that I listed as being 1.81 as stated on the first page of this thread, but I did not tighten up the spring height micrometer enough) and the tallest was 1.88 yeilding around 120lbs of seat pressure and the max open was around 350. No bueno...
Passenger head was still on the car so I had to spend all day bolting up what I took apart and reshimming the pass. head and those install heights were just as atrocious.
I am thinking more than likely the rockers bottoming out was due to valve float as well as the hp curve going to crap in the posted dyno sheet. Hopefully I'll be dynoing the car soon to see if this has remedied the situation.
These heads were taken to a very reputable machine shop in Maryland (not the one who just discovered the height difference) and I only assumed all heights were consistent.
And the lesson is, regardless of what machine shop you take your heads to make sure to double check their work!

Re: At my wits end...

I trust only one person to set up my springs and valvetrain- me.

I once took apart a ARCA race engine head and decided I'd check all the valve springs, installed heights, component weights, etc. I wondered just how close they paid attention to this stuff in reality. As it turns out, they pay VERY close attention to it. Everything was DEAD on. As close to perfect as I had tools to measure by. I guess people CAN pay attention when there's enough money on the line!
