Re: Large bore on an LT1 block?

id take pictures but im not too sure if they would like that very much.

704.393.8241 speed dial 9 on my cell

more does a lot of awesome work, they have an engine dyno, chassis dyno, lots of motors, in house machine shop (basically EVERYTHING you need to do ANYTHING), great customer service as well.

when you call ask for mike, trey doesnt know very much about the blocks and building them. mike "should" know....he does awesome tunning as well. he can make a cc306 lt1 run more lean than a 4 banger...without a high idle as well.

Re: Large bore on an LT1 block?

why bother with the lt1 block??? if you are going to do this.. why not go the ls6 route? this way you have a taller block... better R/S ratio and yada yada yada.. not to mention a better pcm... with the advancement on these pcms and boost calibrations.. if i change my setup will be either a c5r block with ls7 heads or ls6 resleeved with ls7 heads if i get the money to do so.. In the meantime.. since the combo i got now should suffice power i would put this on a ls400 just to be a sleeper and have fun... but really..one can't have 2 racecars, or so they keep telling me...
