I am having a sever problem with my th350 manual reverse valve body. I bought the trans and it hadn't been driven sense the valve body was installed. Here is the problem. I can dive in 1 just fine.. shift into 2 and the back tires lock up, comes to skidding hault. rev engine all you and and it goes nowhere.. move the shifter back into 1 and it drives backwards.. leave in 1 turn car off start again its moves forward. I was told this coudl be cause by two gears engaging at the same time.. kinda like a trans brake locks reverse and first.. i was wondering if this coudl be cause by the check ***** being in teh wrong spot or the wrong ones in the wrong place? I could not think where to post this so i hope this is the right place.. I appoligize if it isn't.
