heres the deal just bought a 79 z28 350 heres what im looking at will this do me good:

350 cid stock bottom (new everything)
180cc Street Heads
1 5/8” Headers
650 dbl pump Holley Carb
110E Hydraulic Cam
Intake: .460 lift/218º @ .050, Exhaust: .470 lift/223º @ .050
110 lobe center,
what compression am i looking at? what thickness of gasket for heads?flat tops,domed.stall speed? what hp should i get? also how do you and is it neccessary to degree the cam?any other help?
remember this is a show and go machine for 2500.00 or less
