Question How to remove spiro locks?

Mods: Sorry if this is not advanced matirial!

Simple question: How do you get these [edit] off?

LOL,

Jim,
Use two small flathead screwdrivers. Get one under the spiral lock's edge and the other above and "spiral" the lock out. Hope this makes sense?
