Why not try the LT1 forum?
Depends what company you go with.
Impy .029 (I believe, may have been .027)
Most I can recall hearing of was something like .06x
Stock is somewhere in the .045 or so area.

Ones i know of, and not sure there is much else:
impy gasket = .029
felpro = .039
stock = .049
