Probably posted in the wrong forum, but need more info to see where it belongs. Appears you have 3 different questions....

1. You want to know what mods you can do to a "350 bigg block crate". Are you sure its a big block? It would be unusual if it is. In order to know what mods you can make, you need to provide the full specs for the crate motor. If its basically a stock replacement setup, you might want to play with the heads and cam. If its already a "performance" build, your options might be a bit limited. In general, this question, along with the added info, would probably get the best results in "3rd Gen... Engine Tech".

2. You want to convert the crate engine from fuel injection to a carburetor, then add an air blower on top of it. Do you mean you want to add a supercharger (or turbo??), using a blow-through carburetor? Any particular reason for chosing a carb over fuel injection? This question would probably get the best results in the "Forced Induction" forum, although its a tough call. I suspect most people are running injected, not carbed.

3. You are looking for a 5-speed automatic transmission. You will need to provide info on the engine you are using. This would get better results in the "Drivetrain" section.
